The REMAS Group, San Diego California. 2004–Present Law Offices of Scott O’Mara & Hampton, San Diego, California. 1995 – 2004 Duties: Investigate, administer and settle Worker’s Compensation cases; conduct pre-trial investigations and prepare reports; review accident and injury reports; determine and rate injured worker’s disabilities; prepare legal filings; prepare cases for trial with the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board. San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, San Diego, California. 1984 – 1994 Duties & Assignments: Detentions: Provided security and custodial functions within the detention facilities. Patrol: Provided the general public in the county areas and contract cities, with immediate response to situations which require the presence of a peace officer. Training: Weapons Training Unit, Academy Training Officer, Field Training Officer, Jail Training officer. Law Enforcement Experience included the investigation of Criminal cases including Traffic Accidents, Domestic Violence, Drug Related cases, Theft cases, Burglary cases and Gang Investigations.
